(OOC: It was a favor)
Elensar did a complicated spin move while moving towards her opponent. Ah a weakness. She swung for Anira's neck stopping just short of it with the blade in her right hand. Her other blade pointed to Anira's side. She wouldn't kill her, perhaps wound her. But she was trapped.

I cursed under my breath, how on earth did she managed to do that?! Apparently, I had underestimated her. And that would be my bane. "I suppose you'll kill me now," I stared at her steadily and steeled myself for my demise.

"Of course not. Only Apprehend you. Unless..." She considered something, a thoughtful look on her face. "Unless you are willing to help me." She still had her blades in place. "First drop your sword. Then I will tell you what I want you to do."

I regarded the Elleth suspiciously, what in the name of Elbereth was she planning? I sighed, I was beaten in a few strokes by an Elvish courtesan. I suppose it couldn't get much worse...other than death that is. I dropped my sword and crossed my arms across my chest, "Well?"

Before she replied, Elensar kicked the sword out of Anira's easy reach. "More of a partnership really. I have men covering all entrances to this Inn. I'll help you escape if you help me. You see i'm after a certain tribe of orcs. The reside either in or near Moria. They killed my father, all I need from you is to help me have my revenge."

"How cute," I snarled. "I'll take it, though, if you double-cross me you will pay." I wasn't experienced in killing Orcs, only men. And one could imagine my joy at the prospect of journeying to Moria. But if it at least bought me a chance at escape, I'd take it.

"Alright then, partner. I suppose I shall become an outlaw of sorts now, fun." Elensar turned to the door and opened it a crack. The guard outside was asleep, and snoring loudly. "Now we need to make plans. Any ideas?"

I inadvertantly gagged at the word 'partner' but I covered it with a cough. "How many gaurds outside and where are they?" I grabbed a cloak off of the coat rack hanging beside my bed and wrapped it about my shoulders, I tossed her a thick brown cloak. "Put this on."

"One outside the door, he's asleep. There's one down the hall. Two outside the Inn." She looked outside the window. Although it was a second story room they may be able to escape by jumping rooftops or lowering themselves into the street below. "What if you escape out the window and I go out the doors, I can say you overpowered me and got away. Then we meet at the stables"

"Hmm..." I replied. I knew the way the Inn was laid out like the back of my palm, getting around the gaurd's at the door wouldn't be too hard. And it was a bloody tavern, travel in a crowd and be undetected. "Wait here until I whistle," I commanded the girl, snatching my sword up before rushing out the door. I slipped quietly past the heavily sleeping guard, pulling the hood of my cloak so it shielded my face. I could hear the other guard's footsteps around the corner. I slumped and changed my walking style more to that of a man. I had managed to fool people before. "Evening," I said gruffly, and strode past him. The guard looked up, "Sir," his voice boomed with pride, "We're in pursuit of a fugitive and on behalf of the Gondor Guard I must ask you to remove your hood." "Why, how could I possibly benefit from a thing like that?" My voice returned to it's normal annoyingly feminine tones as I unsheathed my sword and slashed an arch achross his chest. The man gurgled, blood spewing from the wound and onto the white-washed walls of the Inn. "Give Morgoth my regards," I muttered.

Elensar her voices and when they had subsided, peeked outside the door. Grimacing at the blood, she closed it again. She opened the window so she could hear the signal, and then barred the door, in case a guard should discover his fallen comrade. Then she sat down to wait.

The staircase that led down to the tavern was an open one, so I could look to see if any guards were about beforehand. None. They must be outside waiting to ambush. I chuckled and scanned the room for a large enough group. I spotted a group of young men, most definitely in company together. They were donning coats and saying farewells to others scattered about the tavern. Darting up the stairs I whistled as shrilly as I could for Elensar. I tapped the toe of my leather boots impatiently, "Hurry..." I hissed under my breath.

Hearing the signal Elensar sprang to the door, opening it and walked quickly down the stairs. Hand on the hilt of her sword, she entered the room just as several soldiers entered. They seemed to not be on business, but she couldn't tell. She pulled on the hood of her cloak and stepped by them, holding her breath. Only when she had reached outside and saw Anira did she again breathe

I siezed hold of the back of Elensar's cloak, tugging her into the group. Two men in formal Gondorian guardsmen uniform sat stationed on either side of the building. They stood stiffly, alert. "Run up to them and tell them that I escaped. Berate them, yell, send them off in the opposite direction of the stables," Quick as a flash I had my hand about the cloak clasp and snatched it off her back, shoving her in front of one of the guardsmen. Before melding into the crowd again. Luck was againt my favour, the crowd turned away from the stables, headed towards the stairs leading up to the four level. Which would mean I'd have to sneak back once the guards were away. Though they knew my face and probably most of my hiding places if they'd sent a Lorien elf to hunt me.

Startled, it took a moment to regain her composure. Elensar ran up to the guard and shouted, "Hurry, she escaped! She overpowered me and jumped out of the window, take all your men go that way!" It worked, soon all the soldiers were gone. Elensar ran to the stables, hoping that Anira had got there first.
